            I’m stuck in that gray area where you are no longer a small town boy and you are still not a city slicker, and it is a pretty great place to be if you ask me. I started this brilliant life off in Sioux Falls' South Dakota and was raised in the Midwest lifestyle. I worked in more physically demanding fields and frequently wore flannel and blue jeans. Now I am living in the big city of Denver, Colorado and living the city life where I frequently wear skinny jeans and t-shirts to fit in with the locals but I still stand out a little bit. When I go back home I get asked about Denver and when I come back to Denver I get asked about the good ol' country livin'.  So to easily tell my story I show people pictures and let them speak for themselves. I concentrate on taking action sports pictures because that is the lifestyle I like to live and I participate in many of the sports that I like to take pictures of.  I do the occasional portraits and landscapes to keep myself well rounded. I am Kyle Vanderberg and I am a small town city slicker.
